Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How does billing and payment work?
A: As of right now we are a no commitment monthly subscription box which means you pay up front for whichever subscription level is right for you! When you purchase your box you are charged right away (that same day). 

Q: How frequently are boxes shipped?
A: Boxes are shipped on the 1st of each month. To receive the "current box" you need to sign up by the 25th of the previous month. For example, in order to get "March's box", you must sign up before February 25th. 

Q: Can I cancel my subscription and/or get a refund?
A: Since we are a no commitment box you will not need to remember to cancel your subscription. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide refunds for boxes that have already shipped. To request a refund, please email me directly at tasha@confessionsofatinyteacher.com.

Q: Who benefits from the toddler box?
A: The Tiny Toddler Box is designed for toddlers 1-5! All activities are easily adaptable to your child's level and abilities. You may need to provide more guidance and assistance for the younger toddlers while exploring the activities to help build their language and motor skills whereas the older toddlers can play independently. It's all about what's right for you and your little one(s)! 


Q: What if I have more than one kid?
A: These boxes are designed with multiple kids in mind - activities are not one and done! Each activity is prepared to be used more than once or by more than one child. Some activities may only be able to be used by one child at a time, but this also teaches a very valuable skill - taking turns!

Q: What kinds of activities are in the box?
A: Every month you will receive a themed box geared towards learning through play! Each box focuses on the 6 key developmental areas of your growing toddler: Movement, Cognitive, Language, Sensory, Social/Emotional and Art. You will receive one activity for each of the developmental areas with all the materials prepped and ready to go. Just open the box and start engaging in meaningful play!





Q: An item in my box was missing and/or broken. What can I do?
A: I always check the items to make sure they are intact before sending out your Tiny Toddler Box. However, I know that accidents can happen! If you receive a box with a missing and/or broken item, please email me at tasha@confessionsofatinyteacher.com within 3 days of receiving your box and I would be happy to make it right! 

Unfortunately, I can not be responsible for items that are broken during or after use. Please always supervise your child to make sure that the activities are being used appropriately.
